Đề nghị quý khách vui lòng xem kỹ các quy định tại cửa hàng và kiểm tra hàng cẩn thận. Mọi khiếu nại sau khi khách hàng ra khỏi cửa hàng sẽ không được giải quyết.

Please carefully review the store's regulations and inspect your items thoroughly. Any complaints made after leaving the store will not be addressed.

Quý khách tự kiểm tra và phân loại đồ giặt theo màu sắc và chủng loại trước khi giao cho nhân viên của cửa hàng. Nếu không có yêu cầu riêng, chúng tôi sẽ cho quần áo vào giặt cùng 1 lượt máy.

Customers are responsible for sorting and classifying their laundry by color and type before handing it over to store staff. If no specific request is made, all garments will be washed together in one machine cycle.

Quý khách lấy hóa đơn giao nhận của cửa hàng khi gửi đồ giặt. Trường hợp quý khách không lấy phiếu nhận đồ thì mọi mất mát sẽ không được xem xét giải quyết.

Customers must collect a receipt from the store when dropping off their laundry. If a receipt is not obtained, any loss or misplacement will not be considered for resolution.

Chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm đối với hiện tượng loan màu hay co giãn do chất vải, màu nhuộm, vết bẩn hoặc bất cứ hư hỏng nào do chất liệu, phụ liệu trang trí kèm sản phẩm gây ra.

We are not responsible for color bleeding, fabric shrinkage, stains, or any damage caused by the material or decorative accessories of the garments.

Hàng bồi thường trong mọi trường hợp không quá 10 lần tiền dịch vụ, kể cả đồ hiệu và phải có hóa đơn gốc.

Compensation for any loss or damage is limited to a maximum of 10 times the service fee, including branded items, and requires an original purchase receipt.

Thời gian lưu đồ tối đa tại cửa hàng là 10 ngày. Quá thời hạn trên, nếu có mất mát, hư hỏng chúng tôi sẽ không chịu trách nhiệm.

The maximum storage period for laundry at the store is 10 days. Beyond this period, we will not be liable for any loss or damage.

Vui lòng mang CCCD để nhận lại đồ giặt khi mất hóa đơn giao nhận đồ.

Please present your Citizen Identification Card to collect your laundry if the receipt is lost.
